The path to healing requires a brave decision.

Whether you need a change, a designated space to process anxiety, or someone to sit with you in your grief, take the first step…today.

The Journey

It’s hard to be a human being when you’re grieving. All the things that used to be normal and easy are “work.” It’s like carrying around an awkward, heavy box that you can’t put down. You bump into people with it, and they don’t understand why you have it. In time, however, you can learn how to carry that box more steadily. It becomes a part of your journey and it changes your perspective.

When you are depressed or anxious or grieving, you need rest and empathy. As a therapist, I can hold hope with and for you while you wade through difficult emotions and circumstances. I can help you see yourself and your struggles accurately, with gentleness and empathy. You can move forward in a healthy way to reach your goals and connect better with those around you.

Let me walk this journey with you, helping to spur you on to be stronger and to live more fully.
